Your job duties will include:
• Prepares 3D surface and topographical maps depicting existing conditions plans
• Develops 3D proposed surfaces as well as profiles and cross sections
• Prepares as-built plans for project termination and release of escrow accounts
• Occasionally assists Survey Crew in the field with survey and construction stakeout activities
Preferred Qualifications:
• Working knowledge is preferred over educational qualifications
• 2-10 years of experience in Civil Design
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D 2011 or higher and 3D surface modeling.
• Knowledge of 3D pipe networking
• Knowledge of GIS mapping
• Communication skills
• Self-motivation

- Development of Land Development, Stormwater Plans and NPDES permitting
- Opportunity to advance to project lead
- Opportunity to represent clients at township and construction meetings
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates Degree, however working knowledge is preferred over educational qualifications
- 2-10 years of experience with Auto CADD Civil 3D 2011 or newer with experience with GIS mapping, modeling of 3D surfaces, 3D pipe networking, land development, stormwater management plans, erosion and sediment control planning is desired
- Good organization, time management and communications skills
- Ability to get along with others
