The Opportunity

This position is ideal for an Engineer who is eager to expand their technical skills, take ownership of projects, and grow into a leadership role. We are committed to training and mentoring self-driven individuals to help them advance to the next level of their career.

You will be involved in a wide range of project activities—from design and analysis to client and municipal coordination—providing a well-rounded engineering experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop land development plans, stormwater management plans, and NPDES permit applications

  • Perform stormwater management analysis and design

  • Coordinate with Civil Designers to incorporate GIS data into civil design plans

  • Conduct on-site investigations and analyze field data

  • Support projects from concept through permitting and approval

  • Represent clients at municipal, township, and construction meetings

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or agricultural engineering

  • EIT or ability to obtain EIT within 6 months

  • Effective oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with project teams

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience with Autodesk Civil 3D

  • Willingness to occasionally travel to job sites

  • Positive attitude toward problem-solving and overcoming challenges

  • Clear communicator who collaborates well with team members

  • Self-motivated and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality

  • Experience with PennDOT driveway permitting

  • Experience completing PADEP Sewer Modules
