The Opportunity
This position is ideal for an Engineer who is eager to expand their technical skills, take ownership of projects, and grow into a leadership role. We are committed to training and mentoring self-driven individuals to help them advance to the next level of their career.
You will be involved in a wide range of project activities—from design and analysis to client and municipal coordination—providing a well-rounded engineering experience.
What You’ll Do

Develop land development plans, stormwater management plans, and NPDES permit applications
-
Perform stormwater management analysis and design
-
Coordinate with Civil Designers to incorporate GIS data into civil design plans
-
Conduct on-site investigations and analyze field data
-
Support projects from concept through permitting and approval
-
Represent clients at municipal, township, and construction meetings
Preferred Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or agricultural engineering
-
EIT or ability to obtain EIT within 6 months
-
Effective oral and written communication skills
-
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with project teams
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
-
Experience with Autodesk Civil 3D
-
Willingness to occasionally travel to job sites
-
Positive attitude toward problem-solving and overcoming challenges
-
Clear communicator who collaborates well with team members
-
Self-motivated and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision
-
Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality
-
Experience with PennDOT driveway permitting
-
Experience completing PADEP Sewer Modules
